I just need a nanny to help my grandma and GG watch the baby due to surgery and heart stents , also baby drink 4 ounces of milk every 2-3 hours . takes Tylenol if he has a fever 1.5 ML take hylands if he is coughing give him 1 ML also he can take a nap from 12pm - 2pm he has a bassinet as well he can sleep in there also if there is laundry to be done in any of the rooms can you please do it and fold clothes and just leave it in the basket also dishes can go in dish washer as far as cooking I believe my granny will handle that .
