We’re a kind and energetic family of five in Atherton, CA seeking a Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant to support our three school-aged children and help with household management. The role averages 36–40 hours/week, typically split across morning (6:45–10 AM) and afternoon/evening (2–7 PM) shifts, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities include:
- School drop-offs and pickups
- Driving to after-school activities (in family car)
- Homework support and structured play
- Preparing kids’ meals, packing lunches, and cooking simple, healthy family dinners
- Light household duties: tidying, grocery unpacking, organizing, laundry assistance
- Morning dog walk and pet care
- Clear, proactive communication with parents throughout the day
We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, and proactive—with strong childcare experience, great communication skills, a clean driving record, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it).

Looking for help with 2 toddler boys. Very active, very busy! We need help on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7am-7pm. Then 6 hours on the weekends. In total, it’s a minimum of 30 hours a week, with option to make it 40 hours.
They both enjoy being out and about: walk/rides around the neighborhood, playing in the backyard, trips to the farmer’s market, or playdates at the park. We do not do any screens and don’t use our phones around our kids. We prioritize healthy, nutritious foods in our house and they don’t eat sugar or processed food. Mom and Dad work a lot but we prioritize our kids over everything else; we are very close and spend all of our non-working time doing family activities with them <3

Looking for a weekend Nanny for our three kids Chloe (6), Daniel (5) and Sean (almost 3). Primarily for Saturdays to help be extra support to the parents while we manage the kid's sports, birthday parties, playdates etc. Looking for a caring, responsible, playful, adaptable nanny who is happy to jump in and help where needed on the day. Sometimes they may be in charge of all three kids, other times it will be only one or two. Trusted driver with driver's license (car provided). Hours can be discussed further , but ideally 8am - 2pm.
