A little bit about us

Looking for someone to build a long term relationship with our family, helping us care for our two toddler boys! We are seeking someone who is patient, empathetic, energetic, and kind. My husband works in downtown Cincinnati, and I currently work from home. Our boys are typical, wild toddlers - with lots of energy, and lots of love. We do not believe in physical punishment of any kind, and if you've worked with toddlers, you understand how important patience and kind words are to developing self-esteem and positive behavior. We have two dogs, a Cockapoo and Aussiedoodle, who love everyone they meet! We are a fun-loving family, who love to laugh and enjoy banter and a healthy sense of humor! We are seeking someone who is available to start ASAP, hours being Monday 8:30AM - 3PM, Tues - Thurs 11:30AM - 3PM, with occasional date nights, and potential for extended hours and overnight care. Reliable transportation and previous childcare experience with references are a must - CPR/first-aid certification is highly desired! We are open to a nanny share out of our home. There is a potential that the nanny would pick up the boys from their local preschool (less than a mile away), and potentially take them on outings as they get a bit older and understand it's not ok to sprint away in a parking lot!
