A little bit about us

Trying to find childcare for the summer, trying to get a job with my husband on the pipeline so we can pay off some bills. Would have my children quit a while during the day and Saturday's. Would probably have to bring my children to their home because we don’t have a house in Xenia, OH, we are from WV. Would probably work 7-5, 6 days a week. My children also take medicine so I will need someone dependable for that, they take medicine 3 times a day. My kids are amazing, my oldest is a tomboy and loves being outside. My 2 year old has been with me since birth so it takes her a minute to warm up to strangers. She loves being outside as well.

We are seeking a house manager/nanny to help keep our house in order and help care for our two children. We have two boys - a wonderful, bright, and gentle 7 year old son and a free spirited, adventurous, funny 3 year old son. They go to school/daycare for full days. We are looking for someone who can keep up with both boys' energy levels when they come home, help guide them through activities, read and play with them, and keep them on task. In the beginning we will not have you handle drop off/pick up but would love to work towards that. When not involved in childcare, we need help with keeping up with daily dishes, laundry, keeping things tidy, occasional light meal prep, and random errands around the house.

My husband works roughly 9am-5 pm Monday - Friday from home. I am a pediatrician with variable day/night hours. We are flexible with goals and hours per week and days of the week. Even as little as 5 hrs/week would be helpful, and on the other extreme end I don't see us needing more than 20 hours/week. Afternoons/evenings/some weekends would be helpful with children. Any time of day during weekdays is helpful with household tasks.
