A little bit about us

Treyson is a 20 year old profoundly autistic non-verbal guy who still watches Barney and is what we call our gentle giant. He goes to an autism daycare from 9-3 Monday - Friday so you would have a car to use while living with us. He needs help with pretty much everything, including showering, washing his hair (he has a shampoo bowl) his laundry, meals, cleaning his bedroom and bathroom. He loves to go to Walmart. He is non-verbal but has speaking software on his iPad and he knows a lot of sign language. Everyone loves him! He Is a sweet guy who smiles and laughs a lot. He is also 360 lbs so we take him on daily walks. His current caregiver was with him for 4 years but her husband was killed in a car accident so now she is caring for his three daughters. We are in the process of putting a kitchen and bathroom in our walk-out lower level where we have a bedroom. Our house is just under 6000 sq ft. We usually leave Treyson home when we go on vacations but we would consider bringing you and him with us on some of them.
