Looking for a dependable babysitter for our son this summer.

He is on the autism spectrum and needs a structured, hands-on environment during the day.

**Requirements:**
• Patient, calm, and reliable
• Comfortable with hands-on care (toileting/diaper changes, feeding support)
• Able to stay engaged and attentive (not a passive role)
• Experience with special needs preferred (willing to learn is okay)

**Details:**
• Weekday daytime hours
• Consistent schedule preferred
• Prefer drop-off care at your home (must be in a safe, clean, and structured environment)
• Ideally located near Homewood / Mountain Brook / Vestavia area
• Pay based on experience
