Part-Time Nanny Job: The Countryman Family with 3 Children

A little bit about us

Hello! I am in much need of support for my three teenage boys who've been through a number of challenging life changes in their young lives (heaviest of which was the removal from mother's care as young children due to her alcoholism - I am their step-mom). They do not have disabilities, but require a little extra support as they transition into high school. Primarily, I am looking for help preparing them academically and emotionally to function independently in the home and at school. Their dad and I both work full time. Because of their unique background, their ability to progress in school and with personal development has required a bit of extra attention that I am hopeful a nanny can assist with. Just three hours a day to help them learn household responsibilities and develop additional basic academic skills would be a great support for them. I am willing to negotiate on rate and would be immensely grateful for the help in guiding the kids forward!
A few more specifics:
-The kids are used to doing chores, but require direction and regular prompting as well as organization of duties (if allowed, one will always insist on taking the easiest task, of course).
-Academically, the boys have some schoolwork they do through Khan academy as well as are expected to practice their basic arithmetic. Here, they will need support in learning to find the resources needed to understand their assignments as well as direction in staying on task. When the schoolyear starts, regular school assignments will replace Khan academy.
