Full-Time Nanny Job: The Grover Family with 3 Children
Hi, I’m Jhordan Grover, mom. Dad is Toby. We live on the Fish Hatchery that Toby works at.
I am seeking in home childcare, primarily for our 20month old Gracie, Monday-Thursday and occasionally Friday’s. With every 3rd Thursday and Friday guaranteed off. I will need you from 6:45am-3:45pm. EXCEPT EVERY TUESDAY (and working Fridays), when you will be relieved early at 12:45PM, as we have in home occupational therapy appointments for our 20 month old, Miss Gracie Grover, at 1pm.
Gracie is diagnosed “under developed” with rolled in feet. Gracie is believed to be high functioning Autistic, but she cannot be diagnosed till she is 3years old.
Gracie has obvious delay in motor skills and speech, she doesn’t “walk”,but she just start taking steps. Crawling is Gracie’s primary use of self transportation.
Gracie has no food allergies and is never to be given any form medicine or supplements.
Gracie doesn’t like fruit or juice, she only drinks her milk warm. Gracie wakes up or is forced upon awakening up at 8am, and naps at 12pm-1pm.
Being we live on site, Toby likes to come in on his breaks and Lunches to check on Gracie.
My 9 and 10 year old get dropped off at the bus by Toby at 8AM. On Wednesday’s they have early release and Dad gets them off the bus and brings them to the house at 2:10PM.
You will see my 9 and 10 every morning for 1 hour M-F, and every Wednesday(early release) afternoon for 1.5 hours.
My 9 and 10 year olds may need minor assistance getting ready in the mornings. Note that they will try to help with Gracie- they are more than welcome to assist you, but be vigilant. They are NOT allowed to pick up, swing, toss or throw their sister. They will try. Do not let them.
Due to our work hours and his standby, we have no choice but to resort to in our home childcare. Financially this is hard, and breaking us. I am approved for childcare subsidy. I will need you to be able to accept this payment- I will be paying cash on top of the subsidy.
