Experience, safety credentials, and family alignment to care for our Harlow would be top priority.
1. Safety, Health, and Emergencies
- "Are your CPR and First Aid certifications up to date?"
- "Can you walk me through exactly how you would handle an allergic reaction or medical emergency?"
2. Daily Routine and Activities
- "What are your preferred methods for sleep training or naptime soothing?"
- "What does a typical day with a child my child's age look like?"
4. Logistics and Household Management
- "Are you comfortable with child-related chores like washing bottles, children's laundry, and tidying up play areas?"
- "Do you have a clean driving record, and are you comfortable driving our child if necessary?"
- "How much schedule flexibility do you have if our work day runs late or has a schedule change?"
We are located in Creston, just north of downtown GR (Knapp & Plainfield). Dad works in Holland, I am 100% remotely working from the home. We have one family dog Rizzo (English Springer Spaniel) who is beyond friendly & quite the lazy city dog. Enclosed backyard, comfortable deck, & neighbor strolls are where we choose to spend most of our time right now. Looking for 9-5 or 8-4, slightly flexible start & end times. I am very open to your preferences in working with a WFH parent.
Sleep training will be a new concept for us around this time. Breastfeeding & supplementing with formula currently, and hope to have our feeding journey sorted out in the next month. (Happy to discuss further.)

My son is two super active when he’s home loves to run around and be in his own world but as long as he’s changed and fed and at home he’s happy and would rather be in his own world playing , I have 3 days where I’m off every week and his dad has 2 days off that fluctuates the other 4 days of the week so we’re looking for a sitter 2 to 3 days a week max 4 any where from 10am-10pm depending on the week no pets no pick ups or drop offs just looking for some one to stay home with the little while we’re at work feeding changing and nap time

Looking for a part time nanny (room for more hours) to care for our 2 children - 2 & 4. School pick up potentially, meal prep, light cleaning (children’s toys), engaging and responsible. Needs to be okay with large dogs (though the dog can be kept out of the space easily). Looking for 20-25 hours a week, Tuesday-Friday. Our kids love to play and be creative.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Goodrich Family with 1 Child
Our current sitter is moving a way. I work from home and my spouse works Monday to Wednesday with occasional Thursdays. We need someone to watch her for 12 hours a week (10-2 M-W) during my busiest work times so she isn't just sitting in front of a TV. M is a delightful and kind toddler who loves outdoors, blocks, markers, paints, puzzles, and all other manner of toddler things. We live a complex with lots of children with a playground just outside the door. It's our preference that the care takes place in our home, but we are willing to discuss other options.
