Part-Time Nanny Job: The Gragg Family with 3 Children
We’re looking for a dependable, caring nanny to become a trusted part of our family’s weekly routine!
We have three kids who are homeschooled. Our two older children are home during the day and are fairly independent, while most of the hands-on care will be for our baby. We’re looking for someone who is very comfortable and confident with babies—including feeding, diaper changes, soothing a fussy baby, and following a consistent nap/sleep schedule.
Mom works primarily from home/on-site, so I’ll usually be nearby, but I need about 10 hours each week of dedicated work time where I can focus while knowing the kids are well cared for.
We also have close family friends who are looking for similar help, so we’d love to find someone interested in splitting their time between our two families. Altogether, there would likely be around 8–16+ hours available per week depending on schedules and availability.
We’re looking for someone who is patient, reliable, comfortable in a busy homeschool/home environment, and genuinely enjoys being around kids. Light kid-related help—tidying up after meals or play, preparing simple snacks, and keeping things organized—is appreciated, but the kids and their care are the priority.
