A little bit about us

I work from home most days throughout the month but part of my role requires me to be in zoom meetings back to back typically between the hours of 9 and 3 on week days. We have a newborn who I will need in-home care for during those hours. Not every week will be the same. We also have a very loud Australian shepherd in the home so finding a nanny who is comfortable around large dogs who takes some time to warm up to them is ideal.

We will sometimes have support from family members but most likely need to hire someone available 20-25 hours a week on week days ( no weekends ). I would like to have someone who has experience working with newborns, cpr/first aid certified, and ideally someone who likes to interact with him for play time, reading and cognitive learning throughout awake times.

We would need to meet with the nanny before hiring and ensure the passing of a background and drug screening are current. Looking for someone who is trustworthy, positive, and supportive to watch our son and keep him in a daily routine.
