Looking for a nanny. I work from home but I still can't supervise them that well. There will usually be one grandparent around as well Would like to try out for a couple of days first, but the idea would be for a permanent nanny. There should be no need for pick ups and drop offs as I do those, but there will be need for things like reading and discussing with them
