My husband and I are considering hiring a nanny to come to our home M-Th from 9am to 3pm. We have a 3-year-old daughter, a 9-month-old daughter, and a fun-loving dog (the dog will not need any care). We both work from home and would assist with care. Responsibilities would be childcare, development, light cleaning, and meal prep.
