I’m also in the Army reserves. So I will expect the work times to start at 7:00am-until between those end times.

Also my expectations would be bathing, feeding, creating a routine for my child. As well as meal prepping and basic child laundry. I am willing to offer 1 week off paid at the end of your 1st year and 2 weeks paid on the 2nd year for the right candidate as well as holiday pay.
