Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri (~40 hrs/week guaranteed)
NJ Onboarding (Nice to have): ~3-week paid onboarding in NJ starting early Sept (flights, private lodging, and travel covered) before heading to SB
Focus: Screen-free play, outdoor walks, toddler meal prep, and light family assistance (tidying, child laundry, errands)
Pay: $30–$42+/hr DOE + PTO & paid holidays
