We are just wanting to limit daycare exposure. We are getting sick far too often, but our son loves being around other kids. We are thinking maybe 2-3 days during the work week and are flexible on which days those are. Our son is a very happy baby and in a great routine of waking up eating playing and sleeping. He naps about every 3 hours and likes to play in his crib and self soothes very well.

We are a warm family of four with a newborn baby girl and an active toddler. We are seeking a part-time nanny (2–3 times per week) to help care for our toddler while I, a stay-at-home mom, focus on our newborn and postpartum recovery.

A Montessori-style, learning-based approach to activities would be wonderful, along with plenty of outdoor time. Initially, we would love support during outings to the park alongside me, with the possibility of independent park visits as trust builds over time.
