Hello my son is 15 months and very active. I am looking for someone who is willing to watch him in our home while me and his mother are working the hours will be 8-4 roughly. I do have cameras set up in our home in all rooms other than the bathrooms so I can check in regularly. I also have pets so it is very important you are okay with that as well.

We are a laid back family but we expect safety and the needs of our son to be the top priority. Additionally, we expect someone to be quite engaging so that he can explore and experience the world around him in many ways - from free play to "structured" games and learning activities to promote his development. We have a wonderful backyard for outdoor play and once trust is established, we hope that someone can take him to the park, library, science center, etc.
