A little bit about us

I am an Investor/Financial Director - I work from home full time however that might be changing soon due to a new business venture. My husband is a full time cattle rancher and a real estate agent and our schedules are never the same each week. I have one boy who is almost 18 months and another due in 4 weeks (or less). My one year old starts daycare in January going only two half days a week. I mainly need help on the days that I have to run up to my office building or days that I just need to get a lot of work done and need someone here to take care of and entertain my kids. Errands will be at random, for the most part it will be staying at home with my babies. Looking for someone to come two days a week to start. There could be some weekends where we would need one off's for baby sitting, etc. but would love to have a consistency during the week days to help build a schedule.
