A little bit about us

We're a warm, easygoing family looking for an experienced nanny, not a babysitter. Someone confident and take-charge to love on and lead our two sweet kids for long-term, ongoing part-time care. I work from home and mainly need extra hands and a genuine helper in our day-to-day rhythm. Coverage is 12-16 hrs/week (open to more as time goes on if needed) Fridays a must, other days flexible, hours anytime between 8am-6pm, but morning-early evening preferred. Open to paid vacation days for the right long-term fit. Son has mild outdoor allergies/asthma (nothing severe) and screen time is limited to none. We'd love someone who initiates hands-on activities, helps with light tidying/Friday reset, helps with simple meals/snacks, comfortable driving with the kids, and communicates well throughout the day. Education background is a bonus, but not required. Excited to find someone who wants to grow with our family long-term!
