We're seeking a compassionate nanny to help us care for our 1-year-old son in West Chester! Join our Parenting Team and help us to create a loving and enriching space for our little one!

About Us: My husband and I are very hands-on parents who work from home. We believe in Attachment & Responsive Parenting, follow Montessori Ideology, and value Cultural Sensitivity and Teamwork. We follow a crunchy lifestyle!!

What we’re looking for:
* Someone who shares our parenting values
* Experience with Baby-Led Feeding is a plus!
* Health & Safety are priorities (non-smoker, CPR certified)
* Long-term opportunity with benefits
* Flexible work days: 3 days a week, 5 hours a day (we can discuss which days)
* If you're a mom who shares similar parenting ideologies and have a child around the same age, we'd love for them to be playmates!

We are looking for a part time nanny for our six month baby staring January 2025.

We will need help three days a week(Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) from 8:30AM-5:00PM.

My husband and I both work from home so we will be home throughout the work day, but nanny will be responsible for baby’s care, meals, playtime and clean up.

Also hoping nanny can help with light housework when baby naps (dishes, laundry, etc).

There is some flexibility in days and hours but would like to have a set schedule a month out each month.
