One parent works from home running a growing media and technology business, and we are looking for someone who can help keep our home running smoothly and efficiently.
This is not a traditional nanny position. Our 8-year-old son attends camp during much of the day, so the role is primarily focused on household support, organization, and day-to-day management, with some childcare responsibilities when needed.
Responsibilities may include laundry, dishes, organizing household spaces, light tidying, keeping supplies stocked, running occasional errands, helping with meal preparation, and generally ensuring the home stays clean, functional, and well organized. When our son is home, responsibilities may include preparing snacks, supervising activities, transportation, or simply being an engaged and supportive presence.
The ideal candidate is mature, reliable, self-directed, and enjoys creating order and structure. Experience as a nanny, teacher, executive assistant, household manager, or stay-at-home parent would be a great fit.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Joseph Family with 1 Child
We'll be having another boy in August. Other oldest will be in school and we'll handle drop off and pickup, so they won't require any care from the caregiver. Our youngest will be needing care after month 2-3. We'll likely need someone 4 days a week, either Mon-Thurs, or Tues-Fri, whichever works best for them. We have one dog, an 8 year old boxer named Lennox. She may need to go out once during that time but typically she just sleeps all day, she'll probably try to cuddle with you any opportunity she gets. My wife and I are very flexible and one of us can also be home fairly quickly in case of any emergencies.

I need help on and off, the schedule varies. Occasionally I need to work in Sarasota or Orlando and could use the help when I am gone for the entire day. My daughter is 12, she is homeschooled through Florida virtual. She is well-behaved and in a few extra curriculars. All you would need to do is perhaps drive her to the extra curriculars when I am not there and obviously spend time with her. I am ok if with you having other kids or other nannying duties at the same time.
