I will have a busy schedule, I need my nanny to be extremely thoughtful and figure out why my daughter is crying and upset. She never cries unless she needs something. Someone who has a flexible schedule because my schedule once I work will most likely Mon-Fri. I am not set on the days and time yet. I would need my nanny to be at my place 30-40 mins prior before I leave for work. BE ON TIME because I can not be late for work.
DUTIES: Frequent Diaper change (she gets diaper rashes extremely easily)

She naps twice a day one in the morning and one around 1 p.m.
