Part-Time Nanny Job: The Finical Family with 2 Children
I have five month old twins! I am needing a nanny either full-time, Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Or 2 to 3 days a week, 8 to 5. We currently have a nanny three days a week, and she is super helpful and wonderful with taking the best care of the twins, washing bottles, laundry, etc. She can only do a few days a week though. My twins are scheduled, and they are very happy babies!! We would love to introduce someone new into our family, and we appreciate all the help!

My husband and I are beginning our search for in-home care for our son, beginning around September 2026 (would like to do a trial period in August). Our son will be 12-16 weeks. I'll be returning to work remotely after maternity leave and our goal is to keep our son home for at least the first year, before putting him in daycare.

Coverage / Availability Requested:
-Monday through Wednesday/Thursday, 8am - 5pm, on average, but can be flexible. (looking for 3 days per week, but open to a 4th).

-First-time parents to a sweet baby boy.
-I work from home full-time, so I'll be in the house during the day.
-Have 2 sweet dogs as well.
We're looking for someone who is:
-Warm, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys caring for young babies.
-Experienced with infants/young babies.
-Reliable, responsible, and communicative.
-CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified).
-Comfortable with mom working from home and interacting with me from time to time throughout the day.
-Comfortable around two friendly dogs.
-A non-smoker.
Responsibilities would include:
-Providing attentive, loving care for our son.
-Following his feeding and napping schedule.
-Age-appropriate play, tummy time, reading, and helping support his development as he grows.
-While baby is napping, help with baby-related household tasks (bottles, baby laundry, etc.) Willing to pay more if open to supporting other light household chores (as available).
Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience.

I’m interested in locating a sitter for my two year old occasionally on the weekends or during the week when I want to pick up overtime as I don’t have a very secure support system. Harmony, my two year old, is sweet, loves to dance, takes direction well, is currently in speech therapy, but knows and communicates some words. She walks and runs, loves individual play as well as involved play with others. She will instantly join you in singing a song. She’s asleep by 8:30pm. I’m a single mom and am basically looking for someone I can trust to help me out which can hopefully turn into a permanent thing. This is my first time doing babysitting and I’m nervous lol, but I have to admit that I need the help.
