Looking for someone to help with childcare at my home or a nanny share. I am due 10/25 with a girl and will have a two year old boy by that time. Looking for someone to start around December as that is when I would go back to work. My work schedule varies by day but hours would be 8am-5pm most days.

Looking for part time nanny for my soon to be 4 year old daughter. She'll be going to Pre-K next year, and needs someone to get her ready in the morning and get her on the bus to school. If the board of education votes to change school start times, then we'll also need someone to be there when the bus arrives after school and stay until I get home. That vote is scheduled for the end of this month.
Start: Late August 2023
Location: Howard county side of Mt Airy
Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30-8:30ish am (time could change to 6:30-7:30ish am and 3-4pm if board of education votes to change school start times, but regardless it should be about 2-2.5 hours total everyday). Time may change slightly depending on bus schedule. With Pre-K, the bus routes change every year based on enrollment, and won't be officially set until late spring/early summer. But considering the school's location in relation to our house, this is my best estimate.
Compensation: negotiable
We also have a large (120lb) dog that we will feed and let out to go to the bathroom in the morning, but will need to be brought inside.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The weaver Family with 1 Child
Looking for a nanny to watch our 4 month old son, 4 days a week, about 6 hours a day. He's a very lovable boy, likes to cuddle, loves books, neighborhood walks, and toys. The person must also be comfortable with dogs, as we have a 4 year old energetic labrador, who would also love additional attention. Both parents work from home, and will be available if questions arise during the day.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Tincher Family with 1 Child
Our 2 month old son will need a nanny 3 days a week starting in January 2023. The days of the week are flexible.
