A little bit about us

My daughter’s name is Rosalie, she just turned 3 in November. She is potty trained, she loves her blankie, and is a very sweet and highly aware child.
I am a single mom, I work from home for the most part but could use a hand with her as I work. I try to limit her screen time but when it’s just me sometimes I have no option and that really bothers me. Rosalie is really interested in playing musical instruments and singing and she loves to draw and paint so I would love to find someone who shares those interests and can do nice things with her when I’m busy working.
I need someone part time probably no more than 20 hours a week. I usually try to take the weekends off to spend time with her so it would be a part time monday-friday job with maybe an occasional night. I really would love to have a live in nanny, I have a spare room and bathroom.
I would appreciate some light house cleaning like dishes in the sink and just keeping the toys organized. I try to keep things in a Montessori/Woldorf style so once she’s done with one toy I try to get her to put it back.
