My husband and I both work from home, so we take breaks and help out with getting anything, it allows you a break, lunch, etc. We are very easy going and pretty chill, no pressures of sticking to a hardcore schedule. We are active just roll with it folks. There are no pick ups or drop offs, you come and hang out at the house with our baby while my husband and I work.

It would be great to have her outside being active during the warmer months. Our daughter is fun, curious, smart, and imaginative. She is kind and follows direction well. We also have two small dogs in the home who are friendly. Nanny would just need to let the dogs outside to go potty (fenced in backyard), and can give small treats but does not need to feed them as we will do that when we get home.
