Hi! We’re looking for an experienced, reliable nanny for our infant starting in November.
Hoping to find someone who has newborn experience and can be flexible with a shift-based schedule, since our work hours can vary. The schedule follows a rotating pattern — typically 3 days/week for two weeks (T/W/Th), then a week off, followed by 1 day the next week (Tues), and so on.
Hours would start around 5:45-6:00am and end between 3–4:30pm depending on the day, so flexibility with end times is really important.

Must know how to swim and be comfortable around a pool. We have very active 7-year-old twin boys and an older daughter. Twin experience is appreciated.
Date night expectations - dinner, clean up dinner, movie/games, bedtime
Full day over summer - outdoor activities (swimming, bike riding, playing catch), helping prepare lunch/snacks, cleaning up after lunch/snacks, summer school work (beginning reading for twins, math), afternoon quiet time/rest period
*morning and afternoon camp drop off/pick-ups (all camps located on Kent Island/Eastern Shore)
