A little bit about us

We have 3 very energetic boys and 1 little dog at home. We will need help starting the beginning-mid part of May. As of now it is just Thursday mornings 6:30-1:30pm, as it gets closer it might also include a Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon-evening shift starting at 1:30pm. The kids are super fun and funny, but have lots of energy. We need someone that can help keep them entertained and help get that energy out. The dog is super sweet, but also has lots of energy. He will just need to be let out a few times. We will always have all meals prepped and everything ready to go for the day. We really just need someone with a lot of patience and energy. We have had several bad experiences with care for the children. They need someone that can manage all that energy, and not get overwhelmed easily. We would love someone that is also available for the occasional date night.

Hi! We’re hiring for a TEMPORARY part-time nanny/home assistant (24-28 hrs per week) for our 2 yr old girl + 3 month old baby boy starting September 11th for roughly 6 weeks. MUST have previous nanny experience for similar aged children and have referrals ready from previous nanny experiences. I work from home, so I will be home at all times. Some weeks I may ask if you can stay a little longer or come a bit earlier depending on my work schedule. I will be actively involved throughout the day taking breaks to see/play with them, nursing my son, having lunch with them, etc.

Expectations:

-Infant care (changing diapers, playing during awake time, putting to sleep).
-Toddler care (playing with her, feeding her, attempting to put her down for a nap (going through a fun nap refusal stage at the moment)
-Keep nursery tidy, wash, fold and put away baby laundry & towels
-Vacuuming, light meal prep, unloading dishwasher in mornings, keeping kitchen and living area tidy, wipe down counters, put shoes away, etc.
-Sees a need and acts on it without being told, and treats our babies like your own!
-We have a 4 yr old Australian Shephard, Roo. No care needed for her. She’s the sweetest dog and you will love her!

We have a son who is 29 years old with autism. He is a happy, easy-going individual who likes to attend his day program during the week and relax at home watching TV (baseball and Disney) in the evenings. He needs assistance with most aspects of life – getting dressed, grooming, fixing meals, transportation to places, etc. We are looking for help while we travel when he is not interested in accompanying us. We have funding through the state which helps us to pay for supported living care for him – potential employees would need to pass a background check and fill out associated paperwork.
