Part-Time Nanny Job: The Johnson Family with 4 Children
Hello! My name is Ken, and my children are Dahlia (Dolly, 3) and 2-year-old triplets Ilana, Ivy, and Israel (Izzy).
I work full-time from home, and I'm looking for help for about 3 hours/day (M-F) split into morning and afternoon, or one or the other. Help involves getting them off in the morning (7-8), getting them back in the afternoon (2:15-3), and right after, caring for them for the last hour of my workday (3-4) That way, once I reach my hours, they can be my focus. Our passenger van will be used for transport.
Can't make it one day? No worries! I'll always be there for them. There may be some other needs, e.g., when children are home sick or off from school. I'm also open to irregular hours, whether that's coming along for errands or weekend day trips.
They're wonderful and happy children who are always smiling, although they have some challenges, including Ivy's recently diagnosed Autism (ASD), and collective struggles with safety and boundaries.
I looked at other families' profiles, and I realize I'm asking for much, while the rate I'm offering isn't the highest. It's what I can do. Room rental (as a separate agreement) in the home is possible. I hope the person choosing our family will find fulfillment through the children's benefit.

I'm a server and in desperate need of childcare for nights. I generally don't go to work before five, though I'm in line for a promotion that would require occasionally coming into work around 3. My children are 5, 3, and 11 months. The 5 year Olds name is ember, she loves princesses and all things girly. The 3 year old is Aethen, he loves cars dolls, and babies. And the baby is Jaina, she's just starting to walk and would require the most attention. The responsibilities would consist of making dinner, occasionally helping with bath times getting the kids put to sleep. I'd really like someone who's got experience with children, and someone who could work with my schedule as there's never a set time I get off. Every Friday the oldest two go to their dads so during the weekends it would be just the baby.

Mom works with animals full time in Loveland Tuesday through Saturday. With the commute, hours are 7:00-6/7. We do have a dog and 2 cats, but they're friendly and can be put away if needed.
