A little bit about us

Hello! I have 3 kids-2 boys and a girl 9,7 and 3. I’m looking mainly for a caregiver for my son who has Angelman Syndrome. He is 7 years old, nonverbal, still in diapers, he has some behavioral issues right now but it’s mainly due to communication or it’s impulsive. We are working on that. He’s super social, loves to give a lot of hugs, he loves to eat, play outside, and his tablet. I also am looking for you to be comfortable with my other kiddos if you had to watch all 3 in which I would pay more. Meal prepping , cooking , straightening up would be nice. Additionally if we go to a birthday party or gathering and possibly vacations down the future I’m looking for someone to come with us (we pay !) so we can socialize and not have to chase our boy with Angelman syndrome around. Parties are getting difficult to go to with him now and we hate to leave him out. Mainly looking for weekends now - sometimes during the evening hours during the week but I’m willing to work with someone who needs hours. We do have 1 dog and he’s an old man. He likes to bark at first but then goes back to bed. I need someone energetic , who doesn’t sit on their phone, interacts with the kiddos as they like that! It’s a fun crazy group! OCCASIONAL OVERNIGHTS!

I work 9-5 every day but Thursdays which is 11-7, so you’d start later. The schedule may be able to adjust if needed based on the person we hire’s needs.
We have an in-law suite, so we may be able to accommodate a line-in position if it makes sense.
We have a dog. He’s high energy but very friendly and great with the baby. Letting him out occasionally and dropping him a scoop of food is the most I’d ask of you. He’s low-maintenance.
Rate would be negotiated based on experience.
