So your work schedule would be for the days that she is at work. Every week it rotates. One week, she works Monday and Tuesday. Off Wednesday and Thursday.Then works Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Then the next week, its the opposite. Off Monday and Tuesday. Work Wednesday and Thursday and then off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Unless she has swapped days for some reason.

I have two young sweet boys and I stay home with them in the afternoon/evening while my husband works. He is a second shift worker and isnt home until after 10pm. I’m looking for someone to help me just a couple of days a week through the dinner/bathtime routine that we have. Sometimes I’d love to be able to have someone help me straighten up my kitchen and living room after dinner while I get a chance to enjoy my babies and sometimes when I’m feeling like I need a little break I would like someone to help watch my boys so I can do a little cleaning up. I don’t need anything full time just a couple of days a week to help lighten the load a bit ☺️ I think about 2 - 2 1/2 hours would be enough help but while the weather is warm some days I may ask for a little more so we can take the boys swimming. Days would be flexible and we can decide what would work best for us both.
