Full-Time Family Assistant / Mother’s Helper
Location: El Dorado Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 35–40 hours per week

We are a busy professional family looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and highly organized Family Assistant to help with our daily routines.
We’re hoping to find someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys staying busy. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and takes pride in doing things correctly.
Responsibilities include:
• Light household organization and tidying
• Running occasional errands
• Assisting with daily household tasks and projects
• Occasional assistance with our school-aged children
• Organizing supplies and helping with administrative tasks
• Assisting with packaging, labeling, and order preparation for our family-owned e-commerce business
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Honest, dependable, and punctual
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• A quick learner who can follow instructions carefully
• Comfortable working independently
• Flexible and willing to help with different tasks
• Interested in a stable, long-term opportunity
We would love to find someone who becomes a trusted part of our daily routine. There is also potential to take on additional responsibilities within our growing family business.

Live-in would include your own room and full bathroom upstairs (my daughter and I live in the downstairs part of the house) in a brand new house in Serrano, as well as a parking spot in the garage.
