We are seeking a warm, friendly, and kind nanny to care for our 1-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety above all else and have a keen understanding of child cues, ensuring our little one always feels heard, understood, and nurtured. Experience in childcare is essential. Familiarity with or a background in Montessori style learning is a significant advantage, as we align with its principles and would love for our daughter to benefit from such an approach. I will need 3 days a week. Monday and Friday for sure. The Thursday day will rotate between Wednesday and Friday.
Hours will be 9 am-6:30 pm
During this time I will need you to create a routine with him.
Within that routine I would like for you to practice motor skills with him
Teach him words
Feed him snack, lunch, and a second snack.
Reading time
Outside time for at least 30 minutes per day
And general play time.
He will also need diaper changes.

Hey! And thanks for your time!! We have two awesome baby girls that share the cutest bond. The 6mo baby girl is pretty low maintenance. She just loves to eat, play, and sleep. She’s already on the move, so floor activities are her favorite. The 2-yr old loves learning new things and LOVES the outdoors. She has a new kitchen and LOVES playing pretend! We’re looking at starting with 2 days per week (in our home) for 8-9 hours daily.
