I'm set to go back to work soon. Our pediatrician has just expressed concerns with our plan to start daycare at this age .... so we are exploring nanny options for our sweet Julian (2 month-old.) Looking for someone with extensive experience with newborns, can encourage tummy time 4 times a day, and manage a feed/change/nap/play chart.
