We are a thoughtful and active family based in Idaho is seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to care for our two children: a bright, energetic 4 year-old and a sweet, observant 4 month old.
This is a long-term role ideal for someone who loves building deep connections, values outdoor play, and brings a calm, confident presence to the home.
Start Date:
~ As soon as possible!
Schedule:
~ Tuesday–Friday
~ 40 guaranteed hours/week
About the Family & Role:
We lead with kindness, compassion, and a deep belief in letting children explore and discover the world through nature, creativity, and secure relationships. We are looking for someone who can offer a steady, respectful presence as our girls grow and change.
The role involves engaging the children through age-appropriate, low-tech activities; helping the toddler develop independence; and supporting the infant’s routines with confidence and care. Additional responsibilities include light household tasks such as tidying, prepping meals/snacks, and occasional driving to local activities. A family vehicle is available for work use.
What We are Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in a private household
Strong background caring for both infants and preschoolers
Calm, patient, and comfortable supporting toddler emotions and transitions
Enjoys cooking simple, healthy meals
Values communication, reliability, and being part of a family team
Comfortable working in a home where one parent works remotely

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Holden Family with 1 Child
I am looking for a nanny to watch my 16 month old for a few hours, once or twice a week and on weekends so my husband and I can do date night or go for a bike ride, etc. You would watch her at our house and can walk to the park down the street, play in the yard, inside, etc. My daughter has had limited time with a nanny so we are looking for someone who will be consistent and get to know my little one well. She really needs to feel comfortable with a trusting adult.
