We would ideally love to join a nanny share with another amazing family and nanny in the Annapolis area, but we're also open to a part-time nanny 3-4 days a week from approximately 8:30am-5:30pm. My husband and I both work from home so we hope for Wells to spend a lot of time at the library and at local parks and playgrounds (we will be living behind the Naval Academy stadium, so a very walkable area). Have an almost 2 year old boy and a 1 month old baby girl! Looking for someone two days a week while I work from home (negotiable on days). We have a Pomsky dog as well at home who is super kind.
Our almost 2 year old is super independent and still takes 1 nap that is about 2-3 hours long so mainly it would be watching baby girl who is a really easy baby. Hours would be 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 8 AM - 3 PM. Only cleaning expectations is just cleaning up after the kids (ie toys, after lunch, crafts, etc.) Just looking for someone to play and care for our kids while I work!

I also have a son who is 5 months but the care will mainly be for my daughter , I will ask for help with my son when needed. As of right now the schedule varies , both kids are home , my daughter will start school soon so care will be mostly be needed in the evening/late evening 1pm-8pm for an example it will not be pass 8:30pm . Light cleaning is needed such as dusting , sanitizing surfaces, bathrooms, vacuuming , dishes , laundry . As far as pay , that will be every 2 weeks or a monthly basis . It will further be discussed at interview time.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Semborski Family with 2 Children
Relocating to Annapolis, MD in July 2026. We will have a 3 year old and a 6 month old. We have had 2 previous nannies who are now like our family. Mom works from home and is looking for in-home support with both children and some household duties. The 3 year old will attend an afternoon program from 12-3, 3 days a week. We are a fun, generally relaxed family. Must love dogs.
