Hello! We're excited to welcome a full-time nanny for our soon-to-arrive baby boy, due in early June. We're looking to start in the summer months before I return to work in September, allowing everyone time to settle into a comfortable routine.
Our ideal schedule would be Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Here's what we're looking for:
Main responsibilities:
Primary care for our newborn son
Occasional help with our 3-year-old son (who attends full-time daycare), potentially assisting with drop-off or pick-up when needed
Preparing family dinners
Light housekeeping related to childcare (picking up toys, washing bottles, baby laundry)
Letting our two dogs out in our fenced backyard and occasionally helping with feeding (though we'll typically handle this)
What we provide:

Direct deposit option (weekly or biweekly, your choice)
Grocery budget for your meals/snacks while at our home
Professional cleaning service twice monthly handles deep cleaning

Our girls, Brooke & Maxi need some extra care until school starts in August of 2024. Brooke has been in school regularly for 4 years. She thrives in school. She's smart, kind, attentive, and loves people. Maxi is 16 months and has shown more introverted tendencies. She loves her people and playing with her big sister. She is not walking yet but getting close. Both girls are "easy" to care for but they love routine. We will need care M-F from 8-3pm. Hours could vary unless a set schedule is required. We as parents are pretty easy going and have more conservative values in the home.
