We are looking for a caregiver who can attend preschool with our son (almost 4 years) to provide one-on-one support. He has a high functioning ASD diagnosis, is incredibly smart, extremely verbal, and super imaginative. At school, he needs one-on-one support staying focused and navigating social interactions with his classmates.
We would love to find a gentle soul with consistent boudaries who knows when to step in to intervene and when to fade into the background to foster independence.
