A little bit about us

I'm looking for an occasional babysitter for my 4-year old son. I have the kids half of the week and don't go out much, so the need is very occasional. To make it even more occasional, I'm hoping to have at least two babysitters in the rotation. Babysitting would be usually one night for 3-4 hours sometime Thursday-Sunday, and probably would be once a month at most.

Responsibilities would include feeding him (though probably not making the food unless it's simple mac & cheese type things), playing, reading books and putting to bed. I'm eventually hoping to find someone reliable enough for overnights and to take on light cooking.

We have a 110lb Mastiff mix dog who will be present. He's a sweetheart and he will lick you if you get close. I also have a 12 year old daughter who may eventually need some sitting, but generally the need for sitting is 1-on-1 time with her, so that need would be in the future.

I'm hoping to find a babysitter and schedule something within 1-3 weeks after we connect.

We’re looking for an experienced, loving and energetic caregiver who loves newborns. Main responsibilities will include playing, feeding, taking walks, changing and putting baby to sleep for naps. As well as light baby-related maintenance activities like laundry for baby clothes and sheets, cleaning bottles, and preparing baby food. We’re open to outings to baby activities once he is 6 months+.

Other Notes:
I (Anna) work from home - I’m in meetings for most of the day but will pop out to say hi and for some snuggles every once in a while. We also have a 2 year old sweet golden retriever named Bailey and a cat named Harley in the house so being ok with animals is a must. We’re open to a nanny share of the kiddos are mainly out of our house.
