I work from home so I will be able to provide support while we work on the transition. She just needs someone with compassion and to be patient with her.
She loves to play outside, and get messy in the dirt and water. We have a neighborhood playground that she will guide you to on the half mile walk. She has some speech delays and we are currently waiting on our evaluation. She currently does not nap without being rocked to sleep, so bring headphones. We are slowly working on nap training.
I will be working from home and can give breaks when needed. Also in the home is our cat and my elderly father. You won't have to interact with either too often. We are located in the south side of Winston.
Right now the hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 to 3:30 but we can reassess to see if we want to add Friday as well.

Schedule will vary, you might come later in the day or go home earlier in the day (will still be paid the same rate for the day) just depends on my work schedule. I will pay bi-weekly by check or online payments whichever you prefer. Will possibly do a tax withheld. Pay raise after 1 month and will have more pay raise opportunities. I can pay extra for gas on days you take her anywhere.

He is half Colombian & we would like him to be more exposed to Spanish speakers & customs. We are also open to non-Spanish speakers.

Mi hijo tiene 2 años, casi 3. El tiene un extenso vocabulario en inglés; puede contar hasta 20, sabe todo el abecedario y está empezando a leer. Es muy curioso y también le encanta explorar la naturaleza. Él es medio colombiano y nos gustaría que estuviera más expuesto a los hispanohablantes y las costumbres.
