Part-Time Nanny Job: The Melcher Family with 2 Children

We have an 18 month old boy and a 1 month old boy. We're looking to see what we can find for in home childcare 2-3 days a week from 6am thru probably 2pm. We have 1 dog, mini aussie. Our oldest LOVES the pool during the summer, so knowing how to swim is a requirement, and cpr/basic first aid is definitely a bonus.

I travel often for work, which will pick up in the fall. My wife also works full time. Looking for someone who can help watch our 7 year old daughter a few days Mon-Fri after school until she's put to bed. Also occasional one night on the weekend if agreed upon in advance for a night out. Weekday care would include preparing dinner. We do have a dog, but would be limited pet care.
