My son is currently diagnosed with autism and epilepsy. He is 15, 5’8”, and 160 lbs. He has been home (out of school) for almost 4 months due to poorly controlled seizures. His mom is looking for respite for both self-care reasons and to run routine errands.
I have a teenage daughter who might be at the house, but requires no supervision.
Do you have any availability in your schedule?
Do you feel comfortable watching a full size teenage boy? He does have occasional [behavior] regulatory issues.
Are you comfortable responding to tonic clonic seizures, atonic seizures, absent seizures, and administering seizure reversal medications?
