We are looking for someone dependable, kind, and proactive to support our family with childcare, household tasks, and errands. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with children and creating a smooth, organized home environment.
Please note, we are unable to accommodate a nanny share or other children in our home.

This is a full-time position. The days would mainly be Monday through Friday with a set schedule but flexibility is appreciated. I am a SAHM and am homeschooling our oldest so both children are home during the day.

Must be comfortable around dogs.

We do have a flexible daily routine, limit screen & container time, enjoy interactive play, and encourage appropriate amounts of independent play. Outside of being bf, I would ask that purées / food is offered to her for breakfast and lunch. No travel with baby is necessary. During naps I may ask that baby's dishes are washed or to fold baby clothes if needed, no housekeeping necessary. I ask that personal phone use / scrolling is limited to naps (of course with exceptions).

Daily schedule may adjust and has potential for becoming 5 days a week.

All holidays are off, week of Thanksgiving, and approx two weeks during Christmas & New Years.

My fiancée just got a job at Gulfstream, so he has to leave fairly early in the morning. He works 10 hours shifts from Monday to Thursday. With the occasional 6-hour shift on alternating Fridays.
