Part-Time Nanny Job: The Fears Family with 2 Children
My husband and I work from home and we need support for a couple hours a day maybe 3-5 days a week. We need help crating more structure for them as well. They do take a nap between 11-2 but sometimes it’s challenging to keep them on the schedule as they have different needs and personalities. They love outdoor activities and I have tons of learning activities, and engaging toys.Just not enough time in the day. I’d like to have help sometime between 1-5pm. It’s flexible as our schedules change sometime but ideally Tuesday-Thursday.
Auden is more self entertained while Adina the youngest twin needs more interaction. They both love crackers and water. They love Moana so much they literally would watch all day if they could. We are tying to cut screen time but it has been challenging without help. We would like help with keeping them entertained throughout the day and getting them outside more. We would also like if you could clean up after the kiddos light house work, like dishes, toys, wiping down their table and their laundry if you can!

Hello! I am primarily looking for help watching my older son from 11-2ish. Days will probably be M, W, F, but might increase to Tuesday and Sunday also of caregiver is a perfect fit.
My ideal candidate is an experienced caregiver who is an expert at getting 2 y/o kids to nap independently, and encourages him to play both with others and independently while reinforcing sharing, manners, and language development.
Duties include light housekeeping, leading activities/ crafts that I plan, and participating actively alongside trips to the park, playing outside, and active indoor play such as running, jumping, lifting, and throwing is preferred. Screen-free play is a must.
The nanny might also participate in a nanny share and run errands. We value reliability, patience, and a positive attitude. 🫶

Two girls who are self sufficient at home. They will need to be picked up from school that is a mile away (no car rider lane). They are picked up at a pick up location where there is parking on the road.
Pick up the girls from school. No car rider line since they walk to a pick up location. Drive them a mile to the house.
Tuesday drive them to dance (Tada Oak Ridge) at 4:45 and drop them off.
Wednesday drive them to Gymnastics (Flips Oak Ridge) and drop them off at 5:30pm. Thursday drive them to Dance (Tada Oak Ridge) at 5:45pm and drop them off.
Monday and Friday may not be required, but if required they will be picked up from school at 3pm and parent will arrive at 6pm at the house.

Need someone to watch my kids on event nights . Ian is a 5 year old shy but loves to run a play, Tania is 4 years old she loves to talk very sweet both are very happy kids. Love's asking questions. I just need someone to play with them and help me with bed time.
