I also run and own a business so the hours will vary for that as well because it’s a luxury home organizing business and my clientele and work hours for that vary based on what is booked, but it will always be day shift hours as well. I’ll never be home later than 5, and it will usually be earlier than that. I would like the nanny to be kind and compassionate and patient. I also want the nanny I hire to have experience with children and especially with toddlers. Pay will be based on factors such as experience and things like that.
