We are a family in North Peoria seeking an exceptional Full-Time Home Manager & Family Assistant who is deeply trustworthy, nurturing, flexible, and aligned with our values.

A NEWBORN SON (very small and needs gentle, confident hands)
A fun, energetic 4½-YEAR OLD DAUGHTER
A 16-week-old GOLDEN RETRIEVER PUPPY
A warm stable home
A father who is a successful CEO with a demanding schedule but highly present with children
A mother who is home most of the time and wants a deeply reliable helper
We are open to the right person eventually becoming a live-in family assistant and/or traveling with us for family trips and vacations.

Extremely gentle and confident with newborns
Experienced with bottle feeding, burping, changing, swaddling, soothing
Able to support mom as needed without taking over

Is energetic, fun, playful, and creative
Acts like a “big sister” friend but still responsible
Loves playing, crafting, reading, outdoor activities
Helps encourage early learning & homeschooling foundations
Provides structure, positivity, and reinforcement

Can tutor or teach her basic skills and developmental learning
Loves helping her grow intellectually, emotionally, and socially

Our daughter Delaney is 3 years old and we have a 6 month old named Tatum. They are amazing kids and are pretty easy going. My wife and I are looking for some help just to be able to spend a little more time together. There will be some nights that I’m on shift and she will be coaching volleyball that she will need help preparing dinner and getting them in Jammie’s.
