Mom and Dad both have a hybrid work schedule and one or both are usually in the house to help with emergencies, meal prep and other situations as work allows. We also have a small dog who mostly stays out of the way during the day.
We offer sick leave, paid time off, compensation for mileage incurred transporting children and reimbursement of other approved expenses.

She came home on oxygen and still requires it at night, but not during the day. We would be looking for a family that only has one child as we need to be as careful as possible when it comes to sickness.
