Part-Time Nanny Job: The Woodall Family with 3 Children
Hello,
My wife and I are full-time students at Eastern Kentucky University. She’s currently pursuing her master’s degree in Mathematics, and I’m working toward my bachelor’s in Nuclear Physics. In addition to school, I also work full-time on third shift as a security officer at Toyota.
We are a Spanish-speaking household—my wife is Mexican/Spanish—and we speak only Spanish to our children, so we’re looking for someone who is fluent in Spanish or comfortable communicating in it around the kids.
We have three wonderful daughters:
Athena (2½ years old)
Aurora (1½ years old)
Amaris (4 months old)
We’re looking for a reliable and caring nanny to help us with the kids during our class times:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
We also have one very friendly cat named Apollo. He’s low-maintenance and only needs to be let in and out as he pleases—he’ll sit by the door and meow when he’s ready.
We’re hoping to find someone who is patient, nurturing, and supportive of our bilingual environment. If this sounds like a good fit for you, we’d love to connect!
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Veitch Family with 1 Child
Patrick and I are expecting our first child in September and are seeking a nanny share starting this fall in November or December. We both love the outdoors and frequently go fishing, camping, hiking, hunting, kayaking, you name it! We are looking for another family to share a nanny together and are hoping to find someone caring, kind, and responsible. We are willing to host at our house or travel to the other family's. We do have a 52lb dog (lab mix) who is the most gentle and sweetest dog you will meet! We joke she actually loves kids more than us. Patrick is a full time UK grad student and I work full time so hrs would be 7:30-3:30 or 5pm (my hrs are flexible). Please reach out if you are interested in doing a nanny share this fall!

Babysitter Job: The Davis Family with 2 Children
I am from Lexington, Ky and We return so often with our son and daughter, we need a sitter that we can rely on that is trustworthy, responsible and will maintain respect for our priorities for our family regarding recreation, meals, bed time etc. Ex: we limit screens and other forms of entertainment that revolve around video games & overstimulating environments, we focus on free play with games, crafts, outside fun and being creative without technology as the center of our home 24/7. We definitely have allotted time for things of that nature but prefer interaction and kids playing amongst themselves with their own ideas and minds rather than sticking them in front of a screen to numb or buy us time. *We also have a daughter that has severe allergies & we limit our home to specific foods & habits that protect her respiratory health conditions. She attends school and is strong but we have to uphold certain practices that we know are impactful and pertinent to the health of our children and home. We are low key when it comes to requiring much other than abiding by some standards we adhere to daily. For ex, We can not have animals around her unless severely hypoallergenic; she’s our 4 year old and has experienced allergic reactions to unknown things, and hypo pets even limited exposure even then due to her oxygen levels. So if you own a cat or dog for example, it is important to try and wear something that is not covered in their fur if you are coming to babysit because she will have a reaction or her immunity will be suppressed and it leads to other negative results. We have animals in our lives and family but we have to use caution when exposing her to long periods of time with animals or clothing, attire, blankets that have been exposed to specific animals or allergens. So, that is the deal with our “restrictions” - we are very outdoorsy and fun but have to use caution when doing certain activities and prepare in advance.
