Baby isn’t born yet..my husband and i are both police officers that work night shift. ETA for baby is May 2022. We’re trying to get ahead in the nanny/daycare scene to check out what our options are. When I go back to work, we would only need someone 2 days one week and 5 days the following week. Then 2 then 5 and so on. At this time we’re not sure if we need for overnight hours or daytime
