A little bit about us

Our schedules are very random and at times short notice. The kids will likely not need to be picked up or taken anywhere. Our boys are well behaved most of the time lol. Our oldest Chip is a character and leads the pack. Jace our middle son is very sweet and loves to laugh and play. Our youngest Krew, he’s still coming into his personality but he seems like he’s going to be a lot of fun.

* Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene
* Support healthy sleep routines (naps and soothing techniques)
* Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, sensory play, reading, singing)
* Monitor developmental milestones and communicate updates to parents
* Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times
* Light housekeeping related to the baby (laundry, bottle washing, tidying play area)
* Maintain open and consistent communication with parents

Qualifications:
* Previous experience caring for infants (especially under 1 year)
* Knowledge of infant care, safety, and development
* Infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Non-smoker
* Reliable transportation
* Strong references
